Is there a better way to start a day with challenging yourself at an obstacle course?
Each of us pushed their own records being more agil, stronger and determined then the run before. Everybody completed the 13-obstacles-course several
times, aiming a laptime of under 3 minutes. Finally all of us ended up exhausted and motivated.
